Virtual Assistant

About This Role

Giggrabbers is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide operational support across our network of clients. This is a freelance position with consistent demand — clients ranging from early-stage businesses to established executives regularly need skilled administrative and operational support to keep their day-to-day running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage email inboxes — triage, prioritize, draft responses, and maintain organized folder structures
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements using calendar and scheduling tools
• Conduct online research and compile findings into structured, actionable summaries
• Maintain CRM records, spreadsheet databases, and internal documentation
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal team members as a point of contact on behalf of the client
• Format and produce documents, presentations, and reports to a professional standard
• Support social media scheduling, light customer service, or eCommerce operations as required

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Google Workspace — Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication in English
• Reliable internet connection with consistent availability during agreed working hours
• Familiarity with at least one project management platform: Asana, Trello, Notion, or equivalent
