About This Role

We are looking for a marketing specialist to drive 10,000 genuine app installs from users located in Canada.
Requirements & Quality Assurance:
Spam & Bot Protection: All installs will undergo a strict verification check.
24-Hour Retention Rule: Users must participate in/pass a 24-hour live event (or retain the app active for at least 24 hours) to verify they are real, active users and not bots.
Payout Condition: Milestone payment will only be released after installs are verified and pass the 24-hour live check.
Budget Range:
$500 – $900 CAD (Final payment within this range will depend on performance and delivery quality).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with each client's brand voice and objectives
• Create or source graphics, Reels, Stories, and written posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Grow follower counts and engagement rates through community management and targeted outreach
• Monitor platform analytics and deliver structured monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Plan and manage paid social ad campaigns including boosted posts, awareness, and retargeting
• Stay current with platform algorithm updates and emerging content formats
• Collaborate with clients on campaign themes, product launches, and seasonal promotions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing social accounts for brands or marketing agencies
• Portfolio demonstrating tangible follower growth and measurable engagement results
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Express, or equivalent content creation tools
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling platforms
• Strong copywriting ability — compelling captions, CTAs, and brand-consistent messaging
• Foundational understanding of paid social strategy and ad performance metrics
• Reliable communication and timely response to client revisions
