Videographer

About This Role

We seek a creative and skilled Videographer to produce compelling visual content that brings brand stories to life. Whether documenting the vibrant energy of a community space, capturing the passion of company leadership, creating polished corporate communications, or producing promotional content, you will craft narratives that resonate with target audiences.

Your work will span website features, social media campaigns, event coverage, training materials, and marketing collateral — each piece designed to engage, inspire, and convert.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots across multiple settings: live events, corporate environments, outdoor locations, and studio setups
• Conduct pre-production planning including shot lists, storyboarding, and equipment preparation
• Operate camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear with technical proficiency and creative vision
• Conduct interviews and capture b-roll with attention to storytelling, composition, and visual pacing
• Edit video content using professional software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar) with attention to color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
• Deliver videos optimized for different platforms and formats (web, social media, broadcast, presentations)
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and creative teams to align video content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Manage video projects from concept through delivery, meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Stay current with videography trends, new technologies, and best practices in video production

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional videography and video editing experience
• Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with an eye for composition, pacing, and emotion
• Experience shooting and editing for web and social media platforms
• Portfolio demonstrating diverse video styles and subject matter
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics and animation
• Knowledge of color grading and advanced editing techniques
• Experience shooting with drone technology
• Background in documentary or narrative filmmaking
• Experience with live event streaming or multi-camera production
• Familiarity with brand storytelling and marketing-driven video production
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
