Responsibilities

Design and build end-to-end automation workflows using Make, n8n, Zapier, or custom-coded pipelines
Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, and other LLM APIs into existing business applications and internal tools
Build and deploy AI-powered chatbots, customer service agents, and document processing pipelines
Identify manual, repetitive business processes and engineer scalable automated replacements
Connect SaaS platforms, CRMs, databases, and third-party APIs through custom integration architecture
Document automation logic and train client teams on new systems and workflows
Stay current with emerging AI tooling and proactively identify new automation opportunities for clients

Qualifications

Portfolio of automation and AI integration projects with clear, documented business impact
Hands-on experience with at least one major automation platform: Make, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent
Practical knowledge of the OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks
Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures
