Born and raised in Kentucky in which I still live in Kentucky to this day. As a teenager, I worked in the restaurant business being a host, cashier, bus staff, dish washer, food prep, and general maintenance.

Years later as a young adult, I moved away from the northern part of Kentucky to the eastern part of Kentucky to go to classes and be trained to become an Emergency Medical Technician - Basic. I worked in the field as an Emergency Medical Technician for about the next 7 years.

After leaving emergency medical services, I then proceeded to become a customer service representative at a nearby call center which I only worked for a short time but soon found a position that I could be a customer service representative working from home and I have been doing this for over 2 years now. I have decided to expand my expertise and knowledge to assist the greatest.
