About Stephanie
Business development and analysis, project management, networking, sales, marketing, etc. are just some of the many ways I have successfully helped a variety of clients. From small businesses to multi-million dollar companies, it has allowed me to cultivate experience in a multitude of industries and environments; opening up doors to new challenges and personal development.
Abstract and creative thinking have been some of my biggest strengths since I can remember. I was the kid with her face in Mensa puzzle books for FUN! Some people can sing, dance or throw a mean curveball... and some people can help identify numerous areas of opportunities and potential financial growth within a business. We all have our talents! I’ve worked with many startups as well as multi-million dollar companies expanding their reach internationally.
A condensed list of some of my history:
Market research and reporting, analytical analysis of local and global currency and commodity market movements, presenting it directly to high net worth investors in the private market as well as government mint directors (i.e. Swiss and Mexican banks) in hopes of obtaining financing and supply contracts.
Multi-departmental creation and development, generating exponential revenue growth through sales, marketing and training, as well as loss prevention through process improvements; taking a department’s face-value revenue intake from $350k to $1.75 million in less than 8 months and implementation of process improvements that decreased million dollar losses to within a couple hundred thousand in the same 8 months.
Creation and development of departments (sales, marketing and operations) that increased productivity, revenue gains and loss prevention, customer satisfaction improvements, cancellation and complaint reduction, and expanded employee training, responsibilities and opened their interdepartmental communications through streamlined systems and CRM implementation.
My process is similar to that of someone who buys a computer just to take it apart and put it back together in such a way that expands its capabilities, focusing on a more personalized experience. I like to look at the big-picture of a company and drill down bit by bit to reveal what I like to call “blind spots,” thus identifying potential growth and loss prevention opportunities.
Here are a few quotes I believe sum up the occasional need for an “outsider”:
Your perception is your reality, until reality changes your perception - Zig Ziglar
One of the tests of leadership is the ability to recognize a problem before it becomes an emergency - Arnold H. Glasow
If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses - Henry Ford
