Experienced Project Manager, Business Consultant, Business Analyst; from relatively new to mature organisations; across technology and business. Always interested in opportunities to increase my knowledge.
Having worked on large client projects at GAME, the Public Sector, ASDA, M&S and other major global and UK Retailers as well as an internationally renowned Utilities Company, I am now embarking on my freelancing career.
With experience of dealing with stakeholders at CEO and MD level, I am confident and personable whether presenting to the board or engaging one-to-one. With the ability to adapt style and content of presentation depending on the audience, I can be relied upon to be the business engagement lead for any programme of work.
I have seen the business benefits that a strong multi channel strategy can deliver. I am well versed in helping business leaders to build a vision for their organisation's offering. From bricks and mortar to mobile via kiosks and web, I ensure a blended approach that is customer centric. I am always keeping up to date with the latest advances in technologies and market trends, enabling me to talk frankly and with authority to business leaders.
I am a firm believer in ensuring that a project or programme is firmly rooted in the business change, processes, benefits and people that it aims to deliver. A coupling of my business acumen and ability to identify inefficiencies and solutionising allows me to maintain that grounding. Nevertheless, with a technical slant to some of my previous roles, I am able to hold software and infrastructure teams to account, whether they be part of the client, within my own organisation or third parties.
