My Motto:
To help the organizations/individuals deliver a quality product to its customers through effective testing and test management
I use this motto to understand the existing processes followed in the on-going QA projects, appreciate the "going-good" aspects, identify the loopholes, and come up with improvement areas. I then monitor and control the implementation of the changes suggested. I help the team, customer in the process to deliver a quality product to the end-users. A Similar approach is used for new projects too.

• I can also contribute individually on need basis apart from the project management in Telecom/Payment/E-commerce/Internet technology domains
• As I’ve been a developer as well, can manage both Development and QA teams.

• Along with the vast IT experience, the knowledge gained through certifications done - PMP, CSTE, CSQA and CSTM also help me in achieving my motto.
• Experience in automation testing helps in better time and cost management.
• Having worked in at customer locations in various geographies helps me understand the various possible customer expectations.

I am able to quickly understand the bigger picture and come up with a holistic approach to problem-solving. I have always been willing to go the extra mile to make a difference to the organization. Since I am an active learner, I am looking for opportunities to work on new Telecom/Payment/E-commerce projects.
