My Name is Genevieve. I am 30 years old and for my work history, I've been cleaning for about 15 years now. (For as long as I've been able to work)
I started out working for my mom cleaning homes for the elderly clients she had. Then, I started housekeeping at a couple different hotels and still doing the house cleaning gig on the side. When I had children, it was easier for me to go back to just cleaning houses because I was able to work my own hours. A couple years back though I saw a posting for a postion at a resort and something about it drew me in. I was an assistant manager there for going on two years and I loved it, but I had to idaho. In idaho, I decided to get my business lisence and start my own residential cleaning company. I started out being the only employee and now I employ 5 cleaners and an admin assistant. I recently just moved back to Alaska and figured why not try to open my own company here as well. It's something I know how to do very well and I love doing it, so why not?! I recently just got lisenced and insured. Now I am just trying to find some houses to clean! I am doing flat rates of $25.00 per hour for now and I offer standard cleanings, deep cleanings, and move in/ move out cleanings. Also, I do organizational services as well, but prices vary on that depending on the job. (I wouldn't be able to give a for sure answer until after I walked through and did a free quote!)
