About This Role

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack TypeScript Developer to complete the ArenaDesk MVP, building fighter portals and AI-powered automation features.

ArenaDesk is a fight-promotion operations platform built with NestJS, GraphQL, Prisma, and Next.js. Milestone 1 is complete with templates, events, and fight card features. Our client needs Milestones 2-4 delivered: a fighter portal, submission workflows, human action queues, AI-powered document verification, and automation logic, all deployed to staging and production on Docker and Hetzner. Success means a fully functional MVP that maintains multi-tenant isolation, follows existing domain rules, and is ready for user testing.

Responsibilities

• Build the fighter portal and submission workflow features following established domain architecture
• Implement AI-powered document verification and validation logic
• Develop human action queue and workflow automation systems
• Ensure multi-tenant data isolation and security across all new features
• Deploy and test features in staging and production Docker environments on Hetzner
• Maintain code quality and consistency with the existing NestJS and Next.js codebase

Qualifications

• Proven experience shipping production full-stack TypeScript applications with NestJS and Next.js
• Strong understanding of GraphQL, Prisma ORM, and relational database design
• Demonstrated experience building multi-tenant SaaS systems with proper data isolation
• Experience with Docker containerization and cloud deployment (Hetzner or similar)
• Portfolio or examples of completed workflow automation or AI integration projects
