About This Role

We're looking for a graphic designer to create print-ready marketing materials for real estate and construction projects.

Our client needs a graphic designer experienced in real estate and construction marketing materials. Projects will include designing real estate for sale sign panels, development project signage, and large format mesh banners for construction sites. A successful outcome means professionally formatted files ready for printing, adherence to brand guidelines, and custom designs tailored to each project.

Responsibilities

• Design and format real estate for sale sign panels that meet printing specifications
• Create development project signage and large format mesh banners for construction sites
• Prepare all files in print-ready formats for professional printing vendors
• Work within existing brand guidelines while developing custom designs as needed
• Collaborate with our client to understand project requirements and deliver revisions
• Ensure all designs meet technical specifications for large format printing

Qualifications

• Proven portfolio with real estate, construction, signage, or large format print work
• Experience preparing files for professional printing and understanding print production
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and ability to work within design constraints
• Strong understanding of file formats, color modes, and resolution requirements for print
• Ability to work on both templated designs and custom creative projects
